Wild Reformer 

A mix of cardio, strength training and core exercises to get you feeling strong and sweaty.

A strength-based workout to build muscle strength and endurance.

A reformer class designed to bring back the original Pilates repertoire, a mix of balance, coordination and core strength. 

Relax Reformer Stretch 

A slower based reformer workout focusing on mobility, core stability and stretching.

A strength-based workout to build muscle strength and endurance with an added mobility focus.

Important Class Information

What to Bring 

You will want to wear something comfortable and breathable. We require you to wear socks at all times when in the studio. For safety reason we prefer these to be grip socks (available to purchase at the studio)

If you wear socks without grips we may ask you not to stand on the reformer.

​

When to Arrive 

Please arrive at least 5 mins before your class to ensure you make the warmup and get the most out of your workout. 

​

Pop your things away and start stretching or chatting with your fellow Pilates crew

​

 Some classes however are to back so you may need to wait outside the door prior to class.

What to Say 

You will be asked every class some information about how your body is feeling.

 

PLEASE be honest!

If you have any old injures, new injuries, sensitive spots, conditions, new to pilates or movement or find anything painful, please speak up.
